Event Details:
The Maiden Publick House is proud to host this exciting culinary adventure. The team of chefs at the Big Sur Bakery have created a menu to spotlight pork locally pasture raised on TLC Ranch & brought to us by Severino's Community Butcher. We will be pairing world class beers with five exciting courses listed below.

12 hour pork to wonton soup with long cooked pork

Braised Pork Shoulder with Chuck's BBQ Sauce & baked beans

Strawberry & rhubarb pie like grandma used to make,
that means with LARD


The event will take place on Sunday June 17th. The cost will be $85 per person, this price includes 2 beer tastings with each course.
