This product showcase is much smaller than our Spring and Fall Foodshows. The advantage being that you are able to interact face to face with the manufactures and the brokers who represent these products.
We will have some exciting chef demos and many, many vendors participating in the showcase. The vendors are listed below.
My customers in attendance will receive a $50 Stock Yards certificate and a $50 Cross Valley certificate.
