For over 110 years, Stockyards has provided gourmet beef, lamb, pork, and veal. All Stockyards beef is carefully and naturally aged to produce the utmost level of tenderness, juiciness and flavor. Stockyards brand seperates itself from the rest by using only U.S. Native cattle. The highest quality aged U.S.D.A. Choice products in a variety of cuts and sizes.

Stockyards = Select or No-Roll

Fresh U.S.D.A. Graded Native Mid-Western Grain Fed Cattle. Aged a Minimum of 21 Days. All steaks are vacuum packaged two per pack. All steaks are trimmed and hand selected by Journeyman Meat Cutters. Each case is labeled with a freeze by date to ensure proper rotation.
