DeLallo Organics
In the mid-1940s, George DeLallo began to sell grocery items door-to-door. In 1950, he and his wife Madeline purchased property in Jeannette, Pennsylvania and established a retail and wholesale Italian grocery store, where they first developed and sold authentic Italian items bearing the DeLallo name.

As the years progressed, so did the trade. Today, the original Jeannette location still remains and DeLallo products are proudly distributed throughout North and South America. With items such as Olive Oil, Pasta, Vinegars and Tomatoes, retailers and consumers can be assured of authenticity, quality and the genuine Italian experience that is guaranteed behind every DeLallo product.

Organics
From the first delivery George DeLallo made in 1950, DeLallo has been dedicated to providing a wide array of authentic Italian food with unmatched quality. We continue that tradition today as we strive to expand on our founder's original vision.

In today's world, the way to be true to that commitment is to offer a full line of authentic organically grown products. Our ancestors farmed organically and produced food that was pure, flavorful and vital. It is our pleasure to return to that tradition. We rest easier knowing that clean, sustainable agriculture benefits everyone in the stream of production from the farmer in Italy to our local customer.

Another aspect of our business is to revitalize the love, knowledge and respect for food. We are committed to educating our consumer on Italian food culture, organic food topics and the finer gastronomic points.

We realize that being a producer of food carries with it a unique responsibility. Our products and business practices are directly related to the health and well being of our customers as well as the health of ecosystems locally and internationally. The integrity of a true organic business is reflected in its commitment to that responsibility. We at DeLallo are continuously evolving the business to reflect this commitment.
