Lamb Sirloin can be roasted using flavorful marinades, spices and glazes. This compact and meaty cut can be served whole or slice3d on the bias and used in casserole or salads. They are easy and convenient to prepare. Ideal for grilling, BBQ, or roasting.

Oriental Chump Steak

Ingredients:
8 Pieces Boneless Lamb Sirloin
2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic crushed
5 Tbsp Sesame oil
Small package fresh egg noodles
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
8 Medium sized Bok Choy
1/2 Red Chili Thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Spring Onions Finely Sliced

Mix the hoisin with the ginger, garlic, and 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Rub into the lamb and let marinade for 1 hour.

Turn the grill to full heat, lay the lamb on a tray covered with lightly oiled foil and grill for 6-8 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, boil the noodles in salted water drain and tip into a bowl.

Pour on 2 tbsp of the sesame oil then mix in the sesame seeds and keep warm.

Heat up a frying pan or wok and add the remaining sesame oil, swizzle it around and then add the chili and the bok choy. Stir to coat with oil. Add the soy sauce and stir again. Then cover and count to 20 (fast counters count to 33)

Place pile of noodles on plate, set to bok choy on top and scatter with spring onions.
