Changes at Stokes Restaurant, after 13 years Chef Brandon Miller has moved on. Kurt Probasco will remain to run the restaurant.Brandon is fishing in Belize, and taking some time off. Look for him back in the states at the end of January when he will be doing a cooking event at the Awahanee Hotel in Yosemite.
