Guide for Table Setting Requirements


Determine the total number of flatware pieces suggested by multiplying the number of seats in your operation by the number given below the heading (see chart below)which best describes your business.

Example: To calculate the
number of teaspoons required for a cafe which seats 40, you would
multiply 40 x 4. This would give you 160 pieces or approximately 14 dozen
needed.
