Here is the finalized lineup for the traveling foodshow this week:
Wednesday we will be launching a brand new product line from Silva Sausage. Silva is a local, family owned business. Located in San Jose since 1967, they are only 75mile North of Monterey. This new sausage line is a no-nitrates or nitrites, no msg, no antibiotics, minimally processed, and made with all natural products.
Thursday
Hormel Center of the Plate products including:
Breakfast Ham Natural Choice Turkey
Sandwich Ham Natural Choice Roast Beef
Breakfast Sausage Pork Osso Bucco
Premium Chili Jalapeno Bacon
