Flatware Care Tips
1. Stainless should be presoaked immediately following its removal from the table. Use only a plastic or stainless steel pan for presoaking.
NEVER USE AN ALUMINUM PAN. Aluminum can cause discoloration of stainless steel.
2. After presoaking, wash your stainless in hot water and a good cleaning agent.
3. Clean stainless should be rinsed in hot water of at least 180°F.
4. Low temp dishwasher caution: Improper use of chlorine based dishwashing, especially faulty rinsing or sanitation, can cause staining or corrosion of
even the finest stainless.
